Paperback
The Rebbe Rayatz’s maamarim beginning with Basi LeGani, printed for Yud Shvat, 5710, the day that the Rebbe Rayatz passed away, were embraced by the Rebbe as the Rebbe Rayatz’s last will and testament, a sort of mission statement for our generation. Indeed, annually, on Yud Shvat, the Rebbe would say a maamer titled Basi LeGani, expounding a subsequent chapter of the Rebbe Rayatz’s Maamarim.
In Lessons in Basi LeGani, Sichos in English has endeavored to translate the Rebbe Rayatz’s maamarim in a unique, groundbreaking manner. Incorporated in the translation are interpolated explanations and insights drawn from the Rebbe’s own Basi LeGani maamarim and from Chassidus in general. Accordingly, in Lessons in Basi Legani, the Rebbe Rayatz’s original maamarim are presented in a new light, with a new layer of knowledge to be discovered.
Presented in these booklets is the translation of the first five chapters of Basi LeGani which comprise the first maamer of the series, and chapters 12-14, a taste of the full, soon-to-be-printed Sefer.
